Mosaic Pizza is built around a simple idea: great food is even better when it brings people together. We pair creative, craveable pizzas with cold beer and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made for friends, families, celebrations, and spontaneous nights out.

Our Story
From Craft Beer to Creative Pizza
Mosaic Pizza grew from the hospitality experience behind Silver Branch Brewing Company. Co-founders Christian Layke and Brett Robison built Silver Branch around great beer, good food, and the belief that gathering around a table can turn an ordinary night into something memorable. Pizza became a natural next chapter.

Since its launch, Mosaic has combined hospitality with a modern approach to ordering, marketing, and operations—helping the concept reach new customers while building a foundation for future locations.
